Feedback

It is hard to buy an item when you can not try it on or touch it. That is why I am always worried if my buyer will like the item purchased. Today, I want to thank you all my buyers for trusting to purchase from me and want to share some of their feed-backs:

  • Great cuff and lots of textures that I like very much! Wonderfully comfortable and easy to put on. I like the folded metal! Very nice artist and very talented!

I do not have that many of sold items so I cherish every positive feedback.

  15. Love getting positive feedback whether it is from a customer or from a team mate. You are so right when a customer can not feel or touch it, it has to be perfect!

  16. So true! That feedback is so crucial. I keep a review page on my Kaitlin and Kylie's blog so potential customers can see it. I need to start adding specific item reviews to the corresponding listings. I really like it when other shops have that.

  20. It is always hard to portray something online... the size, the color, everything can be a LITTLE off no matter what we do. So I am nervous with every single purchase wondering...
